LEAK-PROOF DECK PLATE: It is designed with a rubber O-ring that creates a watertight seal for safety and allows it to be used for interior and exterior applications.

EASY INSTALLATION: Designed with a Non-Skid surface allowing horizontal as well as vertical mounting. Screw-in style has a single-start, non-jamming, and no cross-threading. Separate cover plate and chassis for easy installation. 6 #10 Screws Needed (not included).
