Returns and Refunds
We have a 30 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED returned policy.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the 30 days with a refund minus a 15% return fee.
If the product is received damaged or defective during or prior to the returning shipping process, we will review and assess the return accordingly, reserving the right to reject the return.

After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, except in the case of the electric hoists and windlasses, which have 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to customerService@canada-outdoors.ca with the following information:
      • Order Number
      • Description of the product that is requested to be returned
      2. An email with the Authorization number and return information will be sent within 2 business days.

      3. Upon receiving the Authorization number, please ship the product to Canadian Marine & Outdoor Equipment at 4030 8 ST SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 3A7

      Non-Returnable Products:
      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products such as sanitary goods (toilets, macerator pumps, etc.), hazardous materials, or used with flammable liquids or gases (fuel tanks, fuel lines, fuel primer bulbs, fuel filters, etc.)

       

      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there are any conditions that may impact your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

      Shipping costs to and from the customer's location are not refundable

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@canada-outdoors.ca.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items may not be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange programs are not available at this time.

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Shipping
      Return shipping is not covered by our Return policy and it is up to the customer is responsible for selecting and paying the return shipping.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
